We want you to love your Poppy Barley pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, original-condition items. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your everyday luxury wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn items back in their original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
